Customer Focus wins China trip

Good business resulted in Peter and Margaret Spencer and Damien and Kim Robertson, from Snap Norwest travelling to China recently.

They were in a group of 24 from all over Australia invited on the Snap incentive trip to China.

The top team saw Tiananmen Square, The Forbidden City and the Great Wall of China. A day trip flying to the city of Xian had them face to face with the Entombed Warriors.

The franchisees won the trip because of great sale results. Mr Robertson, the Manager of the Snap Norwest franchise, was on the trip as winner of the prestigious Centre Manager of the Year category.
Owners of Snap Norwest, Peter and Margaret Spencer, said he was a worthy winner.

Damien is the ultimate manager every business owners dream in terms of his commitment to customers, commitment to the team and to ensuring that the quality of work leaving Snap Norwest is of the highest standard, said Mr Spencer.
