Clients must be registered at their local Snap Centre. Registration is linked to the company that you work for, and full company details must be completed in order for the registration to be accepted. An online form can be completed by clicking here. Registration is not transferable between individual Snap Centres. You must register individually with each Snap Centre you are ordering from on behalf of your employer.

Points will only be awarded for an order from Snap after it has been paid for in full.
Once payment for your print, design or website order has been received your points will then be processed. Allow up to six weeks for your points to be credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account. It may take longer for points provided under promotional offers to be credited to your account refer to the relevant promotional materials for details.
No, just the cost of your print, design or website order. However, you must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program to earn and redeem points. A joining fee applies. See qantas.com for joining fees and the Terms and Conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program.
By paying for your order with a credit or charge card that earns you Qantas Frequent Flyer points, you can earn points twice once with Snap, and once with the card provider. The earning of Qantas Frequent Flyer points through your credit or charge card is subject to the terms and conditions of the card´s reward program. Contact your card issuer for further details.
As of 1 January 2010, any one individual member can only earn up to 200,000 points from Snap in a single calendar year.
Qantas Frequent Flyer members may be excluded from earning Qantas Frequent Flyer points with Snap where:
1. the Client has an existing written contract for the supply of services with Snap; or
2. the Client has an existing pre-determined fixed pricing structure with Snap
Only an individual can be awarded points. Where the Snap client is a company or other organisation, the client has discretion as to how many and which employees or officers receive points earned on orders placed.
Client profiles can be updated at any time by completing the online form; however, points cannot be awarded retrospectively and points will be awarded according to the client profile in place at the time of processing.

A report can be obtained through your local Snap Centre.
Points will be rounded up to a full point. The rounding will happen only after all transactions have been consolidated for a given month.
Please advise your Snap Centre as soon as possible to ensure that any future points are allocated to the correct members.
