1. Conditions of the Promotion
1.1 The Offer:
(a) is non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash;
(b) applies to full-priced items only; and
(c) is calculated on the recommended retail price (RRP), excluding GST.
1.2 The Offer cannot be applied retrospectively, including to purchases made during the Promotion Period.
1.3 In the event of a refund of a qualifying purchase, any discount value will be deducted from the refundable amount.
1.4 All prices are in Australian dollars.
2. Prize Draw - Day 12 Snap’s Big Christmas Giveaway
2.1 Customers who spend $200 (ex GST) or more in a single qualifying transaction on Tuesday, 16 December 2025 at a Participating Centre and quote the Promotion Code will automatically receive one entry into that Centre’s Snap’s Big Christmas Giveaway prize draw (Prize Draw).
2.2 Each Prize Draw is independent, and entries are valid only at the specific Participating Centre where the qualifying purchase was made.
2.3 Each Participating Centre will conduct its Prize Draw at its business premises on 17 December 2025.
2.4 Each winner will receive one (1) Festive Hamper. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Centre may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
2.5 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received and notified by telephone and/or email.
2.6 If a winner cannot be contacted after three (3) reasonable attempts by the Participating Centre, that winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize. In that event, a redraw will be conducted under the same conditions on 19 December 2025, at the same location as the original draw.
2.7 The winner’s first name, initial of surname, and the State or Territory may be published on www.snap.com.au and/or social media.
3. General Terms
3.1 Each winner is responsible for collecting their prize from the Participating Centre where the qualifying purchase was made, unless otherwise advised. Winners are responsible for any ancillary or related costs including transport or delivery, and for the payment of any applicable taxes or charges associated with acceptance or use of the Offer or prize, to the extent permitted by law.
3.2 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of any redemption of the Offer and to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms or tampers or attempts to tamper with the redemption process. The Promoter’s determination under this clause is final and binding.
3.3 All decisions of the Promoter regarding the Promotion, eligibility and prize allocation are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its officers, employees, agents and franchisees accept no liability for loss, damage or personal injury (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion or the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
3.5 If the Promotion cannot run as planned due to causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter may, to the extent necessary, delay, modify, suspend or cancel any aspect of the Promotion to preserve its integrity. In such circumstances, no compensation or alternative prize will be payable unless required by the law.
3.6 Participation in the Promotion is subject to Snap Print Solutions General and E-Commerce Terms and Conditions (available at www.snap.com.au/trading-terms-and-conditions.html).
3.7 The Promotion is conducted and governed by the laws of New South Wales and each participant submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
4. Privacy Notice
4.1 As part of the Promotion, the Promoter will collect and use participant’s personal information in accordance with the Snap Print Solutions Privacy Policy, available at www.snap.com.au/privacy-policy.html.
4.2 Personal information is collected for the purpose of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility and awarding prizes. If an entrant does not provide the requested information, they will be ineligible to enter or claim an Offer or prize. Participation in the Promotion constitutes the participant’s consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for these purposes.
4.3 Personal Information will be used solely in connection with this Promotion and will be securely destroyed once the Promotion and any related activities are completed, except where retention is required by law.
4.4 By using the Promotion Code or accepting a prize, each participant agrees to reasonable marketing or promotional activities related to the Promotion (including being photographed, filmed or interviewed) and consents to the Promoter using their name, likeness and any related materials for such purposes without further notice or compensation.
4.5 Participants may access, update, or correct their personal information held by the Promoter by contacting the Promoter using the details set out below. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy contains information about how entrants may make a privacy complaint and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint.
