1. Promotion Overview
1.1 The Promotion is conducted by Snap Franchising Limited (ACN 009 016 013) of Suite 3.01, Level 3, 6 Eden Park Drive, Macquarie Park NSW 2131 (Promoter) and the participating Snap Print Solutions Centres (Participating Centres), some of which are independently owned and operated franchisee businesses (each a Promoter for the purposes of the Promotion).
1.2 The EOFY Promotion (Promotion or Offer) is a limited-time offer comprising a 10% discount on eligible corporate EOFY products available exclusively at Participating Centres.
1.3 The Promotion commences on 1 May 2026 at 8:00am and ends at 5:00pm on 30 June 2026.
1.4 Information on how to enter the Promotion form part of the terms and conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions (Terms) and any other published material, these Terms will prevail.
1.5 The Promotion is being offered subject to availability and strictly in accordance with these Terms. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Promotion is available for in-store purchases, email orders, quote requests and telephone orders made through Participating Centres.
2.2 To redeem the Offer, customers must:
- (a) make a qualifying purchase on corporate EOFY products; and
- (b) quote the promotional code ‘EOFY26’ (Promotion Code) at the time of order or payment.
3. Exclusions
3.1 The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, offer or discount.
3.2 Excludes any orders received via www.printonline.snap.com.au.
4. Conditions of the Promotion
4.1 The Offer:
- (a) is non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash;
- (b) applies to full-priced items only; and
- (c) is calculated on the recommended retail price (RRP), excluding GST.
4.2 The Offer is valid for transactions between $250 and $5,000 (exclusive of GST) unless otherwise stated.
4.3 The Offer cannot be applied retrospectively, including to purchases made during the Promotion Period.
4.4 In the event of a refund of a qualifying purchase, any discount value will be deducted from the refundable amount.
4.5 All prices are in Australian dollars.
5. Snap’s Participating Centres
5.1 The participating Centres include Snap Print Solutions Centres at Snap Print Solutions Mandurah
6. General Terms
6.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of any redemption of the Offer and to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms or tampers or attempts to tamper with the redemption process. The Promoter’s determination under this clause is final and binding.
6.2 All decisions of the Promoter regarding the Promotion, eligibility and prize allocation are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its officers, employees, agents and franchisees accept no liability for loss, damage or personal injury (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion or the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
6.4 If the Promotion cannot run as planned due to causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter may, to the extent necessary, delay, modify, suspend or cancel any aspect of the Promotion to preserve its integrity. In such circumstances, no compensation or alternative prize will be payable unless required by the law.
6.5 Participation in the Promotion is subject to Snap Print Solutions General and E-Commerce Terms and Conditions (available at www.snap.com.au/trading-terms-and-conditions.html).
6.6 The Promotion is conducted and governed by the laws of New South Wales and each participant submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
7. Privacy Notice
7.1 As part of the Promotion, the Promoter will collect and use participant’s personal information in accordance with the Snap Print Solutions Privacy Policy, available at www.snap.com.au/privacy-policy.html.
7.2 Personal information is collected for the purpose of administering the Promotion and verifying eligibility. If an entrant does not provide the requested information, they will be ineligible to enter or claim an Offer. Participation in the Promotion constitutes the participant’s consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for these purposes.
7.3 Personal Information will be used solely in connection with this Promotion and will be securely destroyed once the Promotion and any related activities are completed, except where retention is required by law.
7.4 By using the Promotion Code or accepting a prize, each participant agrees to reasonable marketing or promotional activities related to the Promotion (including being photographed, filmed or interviewed) and consents to the Promoter using their name, likeness and any related materials for such purposes without further notice or compensation.
7.5 Participants may access, update, or correct their personal information held by the Promoter by contacting the Promoter using the details set out below. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy contains information about how entrants may make a privacy complaint and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint.
