Snap Terms & Conditions

1. Conditions for earning Frequent Flyer points

A Qantas Frequent Flyer member (Member) may only earn Qantas Frequent Flyer points in connection with a client’s purchase from a Snap Centre:

1. if that Member is the client, or an employee or officer of the Client;
2. if that Member is nominated in writing by the Client to the relevant Snap Centre to earn Frequent Flyer points in connection with that purchase; and
3. in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer Program, as amended from time to time.

It is the Client’s responsibility to advise Snap of any changes to their applicable Member’s details to ensure that the correct allocation of points is made.

2. Exclusions

Members may be excluded from earning Qantas Frequent Flyer points with Snap where:

1. the Client has an existing written contract for the supply of services with Snap; or
2. the Client has an existing pre-determined fixed pricing structure with Snap

As of 1 January 2010, an individual Member can earn a maximum of 200,000 points from Snap per calendar year.

3. Number of points to be earned

Subject to these terms and conditions, a Member can earn one Qantas Frequent Flyer point for every dollar spent by the Client at Snap. This offer may be altered from time to time at the absolute discretion of Snap.

4. Allocating points

Points will only be allocated upon receipt of full payment for the relevant purchase. Points will usually be allocated in the month following payment, but a Member should allow up to six weeks for points to be credited to their Qantas Frequent Flyer account (and longer for points provided under promotional offers – refer to the relevant promotional materials for details).

5. Snap

Any reference to "Snap” in this document refers to any authorised franchisee of the Snap group or, where applicable, Snap Franchising Limited.

6. Limitation on Liability

Snap does not warrant the performance by Qantas of the terms and conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program, or the provision of any benefits which may be available under that program. All award travel undertaken by any Member will be at the Member’s own risk.

Complete the Online Registration Form

Click here and complete the online registration form. Just fill in your company details along with nominating the staff members who are to receive points and press submit to send it to your local Snap Centre i.e. the Centre where you will be placing your orders. Once registered with Snap, you will automatically start to receive points for purchases, every time you place an order with Snap.

*You must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer Program in order to receive points. If you have any further questions, please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions. Registration for the program is not transferable between individual Snap Centres.
