Autoresponders


What is an Autoresponder

An autoresponder is an email program that automatically answers emails sent to it. They are typically used when you want to let your clients know you will not be available to answer your emails for an extended period of time e.g: out of office reply.

How to create an Autoresponder

  1. Login to thewebconsole.com
  2. Click on the "Email Accounts" option on the left side.
  3. Click on the radio button next to the email address you want to setup the autoresponder for, and then click on the "Set Autoresponder" button.
  4. Fill in the following fields and click the Save button.
  • Enable Autoresponder - This box needs to be ticked for the autoreponse to start working. This allows you to save your autoresponse for next time by just unticking the box.
  • Autoresponder Message - The message that will be placed in the body of the email.
