I have an email quota challenge


You may experience an "email quota" challenge.

The first thing you will need to do is to make sure your mail client is set to remove mail from server.

For example the below is how to achieve this in Outlook:

(this will differ slightly depending on the email client you are using, please check their suppliers support documents for more information)

  1. Click on the File tab
  2. Click Account Settings button
  3. Double click on the POP3 account
  4. Click More Settings
  5. Click on the Advanced tab
  6. The 'leave email on the server' options are at the bottom of the dialog.

Once this has been completed you will need to log into your webmail:

  1. Log into thewebconsole
  2. Navigate to Email Accounts near the bottom
  3. Selecte the appropriate Email Account and click webmail which will take you to - webmail.thewebconsole.com
  4. From here you will need to delete any mail no longer needed (anything over 1000kbs is recommended for removal)

You have now solved your challenge and prevented it from occurring again.
