Cost to attend this course is $125 per person per day.

INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this session is to build knowledge and skills to successfully implement proven strategies and tactics to increase Centre sales.  By using the 8 Steps Selling Cycle we will explore why consumers buy and how we can effectively connect to sell a total solution of print, design and websites.

The program combines theory with real scenario based practical applications using the Snap selling tools to provide participants the necessary knowledge and skills and to develop the needed behaviours to increase sales and apply a consultative selling approach.

How this course fits into the Snap Strategy and your Centre’s objectives
  • This module fits into the Snap Transformation Strategy in line with the goal of achieving profitable sales revenue. Based on the Transformation Strategy, sales training is one of the tactics to improve the sales skills and to move Snap from a ‘printing culture’ to a ‘sales and marketing culture’.
  • The ultimate outcome of this module is to increase the annual revenue in a sustainable, future oriented way.
  • Centres will have the sales skill and tactics to provide clients with a total solution of products including print, design and websites consistent with growing and evolving market trends.

  • Use the Snap selling tools and Snap standards (Phone Standards, Enquiry Form, Marketing Health Check, etc.) to understand your clients’ needs and effectively present solutions to your clients
  • Manage objections effectively and confidently to close the sale
  • Create a great impression, build lasting relationships and continuously maximise your selling opportunities.
