My experience trying to get our newsletter printed a few weeks ago is an interesting one. We were over the moon about the way your business gave us an ear, listened to our immediate need at no notice and delivered in spades. So much so that we could not find a better result at short notice for the price. I took the newsletter to the National show and the members were very impressed at the quality and price at such short notice.

My journey on that day started off at Allbiz but the job could not be done as other priorities were in line. I needed the newsletter printed that day as I was taking off interstate to our National meet. I thought the price was ok as we have had work done there many times before. I might add that I was additionally advised that I could have had the job done during that day if I paid a premium ‘add on’ of around $100. That was to juggle the jobs.

I then decided to go over to Officeworks. They could do the job but at 140% mark-up over Allbiz making it a huge cost for just 50 newsletters which were to be done in full colour and slightly gloss paper. I must say that I was depressed at this.

I then decided to approach Snap at the suggestion of my wife. We had been familiar with the business many years ago when it was situated on Beach road. This was getting on towards 11:30 in the morning so I did not think we were in the hunt with you guys. To my amazement your “can do” approach and highly honed customer service skills shone through and, well, the rest was history that day. You not only produced at short notice what we wanted but you went over and above. The cost was 220% less than Officeworks but a better quality product. Allbiz was 55% more than Snap.

Overall, your business approach and customer service is second to none and your product quality excellent. To have all this done at extreme short notice in such a friendly way was brilliant. Customer satisfaction, you bet.

We will be back.
