Ms Anne Cashman was appointed to the Snap Board in November 2014, after an established and successful senior executive career in B2B and B2C environments, in both the US and Australasia. Coupled with several years of strategic advisory and various independent Non-Executive Director roles, Ms Cashman is Managing Director of Avery Products. She brings a sharp focus on people and the customer experience, along with extensive experience in manufacturing, service-based businesses and franchising.

Ms Cashman is an AICD graduate, MBA qualified, a keen walker, a swimmer, and an occasional triathlete.

Mr Mark Lindsay was appointed to the Snap Board in June 2015. Mr Lindsay brings extensive franchise knowledge to the SFL Board after 10 years holding Non-Executive Director, CEO and COO positions with Quick Service Restaurant Holdings. The QSRH group owns the brands Red Rooster, Chicken Treat and Oporto.

Mr Lindsay is currently Managing Director of Azure Capital Private Equity Pty Ltd and Chairman of the Advisory Board Manford Records Management. Lindsay is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia, a member of The Securities Institute Australia, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Company Secretaries. He holds a Bachelor of Business with a Double Major in Accounting and Finance. Mr Lindsay is an avid golfer and also enjoys walking, boating and spectating at most sports.

Ms Frances-Anne Keeler was appointed to the Snap Board in November 2021 and is Chair of the Remuneration Committee. Ms Keeler is an experienced Non-Executive Director, with a successful career spanning global markets and multiple sectors, including tourism and hospitality, business and major events, franchising, grape and wine and financial services.

Ms Keeler is Chair of the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse, a national platform for digital tourism information, and Chocolateria San Churro, a successful restaurant franchise with stores throughout Australia. She is a Non-Executive Director of Wine Australia and also sits on a number of advisory boards in the global tourism sector.

Ms Keeler brings to the board a proven ability in developing and successfully implementing growth strategies through customer focus, innovation, driving efficiencies, embedding a progressive culture and leading transformational change. She is passionate about delivering profit by putting customers and stakeholders at the heart of strategy.

Frances-Anne holds a BA Joint Honours Degree in Marketing and Hispanic Studies from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a past mentee of their flagship Chairs Mentoring Program.

Mr Raj Khatri was appointed to the Snap Board in October 2023. He is a Non-Executive Director (NED) with 8 years of NED experience and boasts an extensive background as a C-level Finance Executive. His career spans a diverse range of businesses, from start-ups to multinational corporations, across various geographic regions.

Raj has profound knowledge and unwavering commitment to corporate governance. This includes a keen understanding of compliance and its practical application, as well as strategic acumen, IT proficiency, HR insight, and notably, a strong passion for Digitising Services. Raj has also served as a Company Secretary and provided mentorship to young graduates with a finance qualification.

Raj is also an NED at the Australia Medic Alert Foundation (AMAF). At AMAF, Raj serves as the Chair of both the Audit and Investment Committee and the Information Communication and Technology Advisory Committee, while also being a member of the Risk Committee. Prior to this role, Raj contributed as an Advisory Board member of Aged Care Reviews. Further, Raj is actively engaged as a Finance and Strategic Projects Consultant at the Australian Orthopaedic Association and serves as a Finance Consultant at the Spine Society.

Raj has been a member of AICD since completing the Company Directors Course in 2014, holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment and is a Fellow of FINSIA, is an Australian Chartered Accountant with CA ANZ, and earned a Bachelor of Arts (Accountancy) from the University of South Australia.
