How do I know if my target audience will be able to view my email campaigns?
As long as the end-user has access to the internet and a computer and an email account, your contacts will be able to view your campaigns. In the instance that a contact does not have the ability to view HTML email campaigns there will be an option to click to view the email in a a browser. This way you don’t leave it to chance.
Do you provide tracking and reporting of my email campaigns?
The Snap Level 2 eMail Marketing tool provides detailed statistics, with the ability to track open rates, bounces backs, click through rates, subscribers and unsubscibers. How is the rich media inserted in the document and what do I have to do?

Why is it called ePublcation?
They are an exact digital replica of their printed publications - which is viewable in print quality, light in size, easy to distribute electronically, and cost effective. We can overlay virtually any rich media functions within the ePublication to provide greater interactive functionality.
What are e-books then?
Essentially just animated web pages hosted by the eBook vendor. The artwork is simply converted to HTML web pages, to view online. These pages are not optimised for delivery, so appear slowly and viewing/print quality is often compromised in order to reduce streaming times to the reader.

Where do I choose to display my video?
We may recommend creating a new page or editing an existing page on your website to make your website more interactive and newsworthy. You may also require some page formatting to display your video streams, which we will be able to help you with. Alternative online locations for video streaming are through social networking sites such as YouTube and FaceBook, or you can create a stand-alone web page (separate to your website) which is used for special promotional campaigns.
Why is it called video streaming?
It is called Video Streaming as the end-user does not have to wait to download a file to play a video over the internet, due to the continuous stream of data that is played as it arrives from one server computer to your computer.
How do I know if my target audience will be able to view my videos online?
As long as the end-user has access to the internet and a computer, the public will be able to view video online. Most computer internet browsers these days automatically come with a media player. However if a media player is still required there is a variety of "basic" free media players available which you can download to your computer such as; Microsoft Windows Media, Apple QuickTime and Macromedia Flash/Shockwave.
Why is ´streamed´ content better than ´downloaded´?
Some files can be quite large that you may lose the ability to capture the audience if they spend most of their time on your website trying to download a file onto their computer. Whereas streaming media content is available in an instant!
Why do you sometimes see a video stream pause from time to time?
This is called a "buffer" which is set up to help avoid interruptions caused by Internet traffic problems.
